SPA INFORMATION
SPA DATES
We are happy to fulfill your appointment requests. Please book your treatments as early as possible and keep to the agreed times. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask you to cancel booked treatments at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel at a later time, we will charge 100% of the treatment price.
SHAVING FOR MEN
In order to achieve optimum treatment success, we ask men to shave a few hours before their facial treatment.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
Please inform us at the beginning of your spa visit of any current impairments such as high blood pressure, heart disease, metabolic disorders and allergies or a recent operation or other physical complaints.
Please also let us know if you are pregnant.
SPA LABEL
CLOTHING ORDER
It goes without saying that the saunas and steam bath are "free-body culture" - without swimwear or other textiles. However, in all other areas, such as the restaurant, the lounging, reading and relaxation areas, we ask you to wear a bathrobe. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we recommend that you wear bathing shoes. You can also purchase these from us at a reasonable price.
SAUNA AREA & NUDE ZONE
Saunas and relaxation areas are nude areas. Use sauna towels if necessary. Access to the nude area is only permitted from the age of 16. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
OUTDOOR AREA AND POOL
You can also enjoy the fresh sea air naked - to the west of the infinity pool. Swimwear is compulsory for the rest of the outdoor area and the infinity pool from May to September.
FOOD AND DRINKS BROUGHT ALONG
For reasons of hygiene, bringing and consuming your own food and drink is not permitted.
SPA LABEL
Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you to switch off your cell phones during your stay in the entire bathhouse (except in the changing and entrance area). The Millstätter See bathhouse is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the bathhouse in the designated smoking area. Please keep your conversation quiet and reserved in all areas of the bathhouse (out of consideration for other guests).
VALUES
Please keep all valuables in your locker in the changing area. The bathhouse accepts no responsibility for lost valuables.
