SPA APPOINTMENTS
We are happy to comply with your personal schedule. Please book your treatments as early as possible and stick to the arrangedtimes. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival shortens your handling time.
CANCELLATIONS
In case you need to cancel your treatment, please inform us 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations we charge 100% of thehandling fee.
SHAVING FOR MEN
To ensure the best possible result for your treatment, we would like to ask our male guests to shave a couple of hours before their facial treatment.
CAUTIONARY MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH
Please notify us right at the start of your spa visit of any health problems such as high blood pressure, heart problems, metabolic disorders and allergies, a pregnancy, recent operations or any other physical impairments or symptoms.
SPA ETIQUETTE
DRESS CODE
Our saunas and steam baths are nudist areas where no swimwear or other items of clothing are permitted. Please wear a bathrobe in all other areas such as the restaurant, the relaxation, resting and reading rooms. For hygienic and safety reasons, we recommend that all guests wear bathing slippers which you can also purchase directly at our facility.
SAUNA AREA & NUDIST ZONE
The saunas and resting areas around the saunas are nudist areas. Please use sauna towels as required. Access to the nudist area is permitted from the age of 16 only. Access for children younger than 16 will only be permitted if they are accompanied by an adult.
OUTDOOR AREA AND POOL
You are welcome to also savour the fresh air around the lake in the nudist area, to the west of the Infinity Pool. Swimwear is required in all other outdoor areas and the Infinity Pool from May until September.
FOOD AND DRINK
For hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to bring your own food and drink to the Badehaus.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Out of consideration for the other guests, please switch off your mobile phones during your stay in the Badehaus (with the exception of the changing rooms and foyer). The Badehaus Millstätter See is a non-smoking facility. Smoking outside the Badehaus is permitted only in the designated smoking area. Out of onsideration for our other guests, please try and keep noise to minimum in all areas of the Badehaus.
STORAGE OF VALUABLES
Please leave all your valuables in your locker in the changing area. The Badehaus assumes no liability for lost or stolen valuables.
